Four-Fires Army Combat Fitness Test
The Four-Fires Tribe is using the Army Combat Fitness Test as a metric to quantify our physical fire health. Come out to enjoy fun times with other people striving to live 4-dimensionally and challenge yourself. There are three levels of participation.
1. Observer.
2. Participate to get your baselines.
3. Participate to test the hard work you've put in.
The test is for both male and female participants and is broken up by age class so everyone is welcome. Invite all your friends and family. The Four-Fires Non-Profit will provide all equipment needed and plenty of water to keep you hydrated. All you need to bring is athletic wear, a sweat towel, and a good attitude. We'll see you there.

Want to walk or Ruck with other 4-dimensional men and women? Come on out on Saturday June 22nd at 8:00 AM to build community and have fun conversation’s. Remember to bring all your family and friends!

- Water or something to keep you hydrated.
